WP1 – Coordination and Management

Leader – LNEG

Description – WP 1 focuses on the administrative management of the project, in which the project coordinator LNEG, assisted by the project management board and the steering committee undertake the overall management of the project and the correct execution of the contract. The financial & accounting management and management of communication & information dissemination within the project are also tasks of this WP.
